Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. Every order is insured, so if an order arrives in a damaged condition, please file a claim with the US Postal Service and contact me so I can follow up with them. The USPS typically pay claims fairly quickly, especially if the original packaging, etc. is included in the filing.
